Learn to decorate your own Pumpkin, Mummy Skeleton, and Spider Web cookies. Katie, with Smart Cookie will show you how to make Happy Halloween cookies with simple techniques. You will receive 4 cookies, 3 colors of icing, and instructions on how to make each sweet, not scary design!
